For those who do not know, Wal-Mart offers overage at their store. Meaning that if a coupon is worth more than the price of the item they will give you the cash back or you can use the rest towards the rest of your purchase.

Final cost = FREE + $0.11 overage!
Remember though that prices will vary but I don't see this being over $3 anywhere. And remember you can print this coupon twice!
